We have stayed at this super 8 in Alexandria Minnesota once before we had a very good experience the last time we stayed there. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, TV microwave refrigerator all worked fine. The free breakfast was more than adequate and much betterThen I then I expected, much better than some more expensive hotels I've stayed at surprisingly. Very nice and helpful staff. Only complaint about this super 8 is that they don't have an elevator which would be very helpful But other than that I was very happy with the facility

All good! I I have stayed at the super 8 a number times and I have very few complaints. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, Everything worked in the room. Breakfast was good and adequate. No complaints. I would stay there again. they were able to accommodate my request to stay on the 1st floor this time as this superate does not have an elevator. if you're handicapped and in a wheelchair this super 8 wont-work for you. Try asking to stay on the 1st floor.

Breakfast was simple but fit the cost of the hotel, it was bagels cream cheese and a choice of cereal & milk, hot tea or coffee, muffins, string cheese were the options. However, you could choose to make waffles. Which again considering cost that was fine. The staff was friendly and welcoming the area seemed predominantly Caucasian so to be an all black family traveling to Alexandria Minnesota for the first the town was surprisingly lovely. We were comfortable, some places people act funny not here. We are at Talltrees restaurant across from super 8 the food was awesome, well seasoned and cooked to perfection, ribs roasted chicken, salmon just awesome. Everywhere we went the people and staff were welcoming and friendly and that's important especially for a tribe of women traveling alone exploring a new scene with children. We spent a few hours at Casey's amusement park and the owner is just as sweet, we participated in everything. We loved the whole experience.

I have stayed at Super 8s many times over the years, and most of them were nothing to brag about. This Super 8 is as good as any 4 star motel. Everything was clean and orderly, including the hot breakfast.

Easy to get to. Had microwave and fridge in my room. Quiet considering it was nearly fully booked. Good lighting and well-placed plug-ins and iron and ironing board nice to include breakfast.

Awesome breakfast selection. Super friendly staff! You can tell this hotel has been upgraded. Shower heads are still old and wonky but the rooms were clean, comfy and decorated nicely. Breakfast option were much more than expected. Perfect location!

Staff was very accommodating. I received a phone call before our arrival to confirm our room needs. I was very surprised. We thought we were going to extend our stay because my mother in law passed away Friday night. The night clerk was very understanding and helpful. Great customer service by every staff member there

This location offered hot breakfast variety with meat and egg choices that others have not. Having a variety makes for a good stay in that you are not offered the same meal options when staying multiple days. It shows that you care a little more about your customers.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Decent variety for breakfast and coffee was always available which was a plus.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the upgrades done since our last stay. Included int the “upgrades”…was the ease of turning on the tv to relax in the evening. Previous stays we had issues getting the satellite to work.
